eBay Suspension
eBook Review
Have you been suspended from eBay? Have you been trying to figure out how to get back on to eBay after your suspension without being recognized by them. Have you been considering buying one of those ebooks on the net that promise to get you back on ebay after a suspension without a hitch…..
US TOO!!
In our attempts to re-establish our eBay account, we purchased many of these so called “How to get back on eBay ” guides. Why many? Well let’s just say that not all authors are as diligent as others. Some of these books had some decent information but the solutions they posed were very unreliable or even bias; others were just plain dishonest in their approach and definitely a waste of money.
Since this is a free blog…(but the eBooks are not!) my wife and I want to share the PROS & CONS about each of the eBooks we have bought and read, with the hope of helping you to make a decision about which if any of these eBooks you choose to buy.
We have reviewed the following eBooks below:
“How to Get Back on eBay” by Robert Windsor
“EBAY RePLAY” by Zyda-Capital
“How2eBayAgain” by JD’s 7 Sins
“EBAY SOLUTIONS” by Lynnie
“EBay Stealth” by Mike (Aspkin)

REVIEW:
This eBook appears to be the longest running of all the “Get Back on Ebay Books” we’ve reviewed. Robert claims to have all the answers you need to cure your eBay suspension blues.
After a successful payment, you will receive a receipt and a separate instructional letter that sends you to the download page where you will enter in the supplied password in the designated area of the webpage. This will give you access to the complete version of the eBook.
This eBook can not be transferred to any other computer once opened, nor can any of it be copied and pasted. Even the source code is hid from view. Though if your intentions are to simply read the guide then none of these security features will be of any consequence or hindrance to you. However, there is one security feature that not only should be of interest but will probably upset you when and if invoked. Mr. Windsor seems to have incorporated the option of having the ultimate authority of determining if you should be able to access your paid for product. Let me explain further…
We consider customer service a valuable commodity with any company. Therefore, we purposely write these companies asking for assistance or posing a question, just to monitor their professionalism and their response time. We took the liberty to write Mr. Windsor on 3 separate occasions, never once receiving any response; or should I say we never received any emails. It appears that our third eMail that we sent inquiring to why he would not reply to our first two emails requesting assistance most definitely got his attention. We immediately discovered that our access to the online eBook of “How to get back on eBay” was denied and blocked. That’s right; even though we bought and paid for his book, he could choose to cut-off our access to it. We attempted to do a charge back but discovered that only a Credit Card has that option and not a Debit card. (Take heed of this tid-bit of information for your next online purchase).
There is quite allot of information provided within the guide that can prove to be beneficial or at least informative. Much of what is presented in the context of what needs to be altered, fixed or amended before applying for a new eBay account after a suspension is accurate and can, for the most part, prepare you for what will need to be handled. However, many of the solutions posed are feeble weak attempts that will more than likely just earn you another suspension. Although Mr. Windsor claims to be making frequent updates on his guide, the fact is, it is difficult to find any updates to information within it. It seems the only thing being updated are the flash media graphics. EBay has made very many changes in it’s approach and application to security since the conception of this eBook; however, sad to say, it appears as if much of the information in “How to Get Back on EBay” has pretty much remained the same and has not been keeping up with these current changes.
It should also be mentioned that there is a bias approach to some of the information relayed in this guide; particularly in regards to the eMail situation. Throughout the book we are told about the dangers of using various eMail servers; it is suggested not to use ANY free mail services (like Yahoo or Google) or any email accounts supplied by your ISP. As a matter of fact; the only safe eMail service that Robert recommends is the “FlySwatter”; which costs “34.95″ a month. Coincidently, this service is also owned by Robert Windsor. In our opinion, much (if not all) of the reason for the culmination of this eBook is simply to promote his other enterprise. With this ulterior motive at hand, you cannot help but wonder “how reliable is the rest of the information?”.
The book also lacks any real resources. The links provided are the most basic and obvious links that would be found even by a blind man. The only resource continually advertised and praised was…you guessed it…FlySwatter eMail service that is owned and operated by the author of this ebook.
At first glance it seemed as if “How to get back on eBay” was going to be another quality ebook like EBay Replay but this was not the case. The lack of current information, the bias approach in his writing, the lack of any real resources to honestly help, the absence of product support and worse of all, the audacity of taking away your access to the product you paid for makes this book, in our opinion, not only a waste of time and money but also a real life scam!”Caveat emptor”!
We give “How to Get Back on eBay” a

REVIEW:
Of all the eBooks we’ve reviewed on this topic, EBAY RePLAY is the most costly. This in itself may turn some buyers off; however, we believe it is easily worth every penny they are asking.
Interestingly enough, the eBook can not be transferred to any other computer once opened, nor can any of it be copied and pasted. Even the source code is hid from view. Though if your intentions are to read the guide and use it’s information for it’s intended use, then none of these security features will be of any consequence or hindrance to you.
The information provided in this publication is very current and up-to-date; which is to be expected considering that it has only been on the market for just shy of a year (at the time of this writing), and if they continue to update this guide on a monthly basis as they have been doing, then it should never become outdated. We purchased our copy of EBAY RePLAY just over 2 months ago; since time there have been 3 updates which we not only get free access to (for life) but we also received an eMail notifying us when they were available.
Speaking of eMails. One of our greatest concerns when reviewing these eBooks was Customer Service. This seems to be very thin with many online companies. We wrote Zyda-Capital (holding Company for EBAY RePLAY) asking for assistance in opening our book soon after receiving our Key Code (though we truly did not need it ) and about a week later sent them a question in regards to some of their eBooks information… just to test them. Surprisingly, in each case they responded in less than an hour. Their replies were obviously from a real person, they were friendly and specifically answered our queries.
The eBook itself is now over 200 pages in length and includes access to 2 free programs that can definitely assist ever eBay user with the means of prohibiting eBay from snooping into their business. This book is well written and flows smoothly and logically from one topic to the next. Their approach to solving the many dilemmas that face each and every suspendee (new name & address, different phone number, banking, etc, even the social security disclosure problem) are genuine and practical; some are even quite novel. All the solutions posed are legal and ethical, and do not go against any of eBay’s rules or regulations, as far as we understand them to be. We even found a bit of light-hearted humor dashed in for good measure. One noticeable difference in this books style over the others, is that they have a variety of graphics, pictures and enhancing java scripts added in that keep you from getting bored by all the text. Though we have to mention: the same marquee at top of each page does become a little annoying after a couple chapters.
There is no doubt that much research went into the developing of this manual. This is especially noticed in the resources provided at the end of the book. Knowing what you need to do is 1/2 the battle; but they complete the pkg of information with a grand list of links to all the sites that will enable you to engage their recommendations.
As we stated at the beginning of this review, EBAY RePLAY may cost more than the other “How to Get Back on eBay” guides, but in our opinion…they definitely give you your monies worth.
We give EBay RePLAY a

REVIEW:
This light-weight guide, by self proclamation, is a product of sifted information from the personal “trial & errors” of the author’s attempts at getting back on eBay. With two suspensions under their belt and supposedly succeeding in returning to eBay the author feels confident that he can assist you with your suspension too.
How2eBayAgain is a simple PDF Adobe Acrobat file. After your payment is accepted you are redirected to a download page that requires a password entry to continue. You then fetch this password from the automated email sent to you. Once you complete this process your download begins. This ebook remains accessible without any further password entries.
JD’s publication has very few restrictions. It can be copied and transferred without difficulty. You can install it on as many PCs as you wish and considering it’s size even eMail it if you so desire.
We actually purchased this book over 6 months ago and are aware of only 1 (supposed) update. We recently wrote JD (the author of How2ebayagain) inquiring as to how to access this new updated information. Sad to say we did not receive any reply; sad, because this pamphlet is in dire need of being updated.
On that note: One of our greatest concerns when reviewing these eBooks was Customer Service. This seems to be very thin with many online companies. We have written JD on 3 occasions over a 6 month period (including the update email mentioned above), we never received any responses to any of our queries. This in itself we feel is quite unsettling.
As you would expect, being only 26 pages in length, the amount and depth of information offered is quite limited. Once you get past the first three pages of introduction the topics come fast and seem to have been placed in no particular order or logical sequence; making it seem like you are bouncing your way through the book. Regardless of the importance or seriousness of the subject matter (whether it be your IP address, home address, new name or banking, ect.), they each are so briefly covered that you feel that you must have over-looked something. After a (very) quick scan through the book up-and-down, you soon discover that there is no more data on that topic to be had. Nearly every one of the main headers are given only 1-2 paragraphs of material; many of which are near 5 sentences long. Not only do you get little to work with by way of information and/or insight but most of the solutions posed lack any originality or real merit to solve the necessary factors involved with getting back on eBay to stay. Much of the advice offered is equivalent to ‘mis-spelling your name as the fix for a new name’. Though on a positive note, at the end of the guide you are informed of the list of items that are absolutely necessary to resolve if you are to be successful in returning to eBay.
We found How2eBayAgain to be a simple and trite “how to…” ebook with little if any research given to it. Upon reading this publication, you soon realize that it truly is just a “one man’s guide” for returning to eBay. The only thing lacking more than the information are the resources. The links provided for assistance are the most obvious sites that everyone would automatically go to, with or without the prodding.
In our opinion, be it as it may; we thought the original asking price of $19.95 for this ebook was exorbitant,; but even with the recent discounted price of $6.95 we feel you are still paying too much; considering the likely hood of this information actually being able to safely get you back onto eBay is nil.
We give How2eBayAgain a big
and out of a 5 star rating:

REVIEW:
This is the new kid on the block. We bought this one more out of curiosity; the website is less than a page with barely 2 paragraphs of description. We are told more of what this guide “is not” rather than what it is.
Payment for this PDF file is made through Google Check-out (who now does allow digital product sales); when completed you first receive a receipt eMail from Google then shortly thereafter you receive an eMail from Lynn with a direct download link for the guide. No passwords or keys to input; very straight forward, quick and easy.
There is no security or restrictions attached to this publication. It may be copied, pasted duplicated even emailed; though we are fairly confident that you will have no desire to do any of the aforementioned.
This guide gives you 6 pages (yes only 6) of information for about 7 topics. Obviously with only 6 pages of info, you can not expect any topic to truly be covered thoroughly; not to mention that with 7 topics discussed, something is bound to be omitted. On the positive side; the descriptions of certain pitfalls that you must be aware of are both interesting and reliable…though very brief. It appears that the author definitely has some insight and understanding about these particular entanglements. On the negative side; most of the solutions posed are vague and general at best; with suggestions like “do a Google search” or “get in touch with your ISP”. Some of the other remedies advocated are truly inappropriate; for your new name and address and banking information they advise that you simply make it up or alter it by mixing numbers and letters around…in other words-LIE!
The only thing more scant than the information provide is the total disregard for any helpful resources. There are no listed resources in terms of links or companies that you are referred to for assistance in your plight to return to eBay. Though they do give you a list of 9 wholesalers at the end of their guide…which is all good and fine, but doesn’t help get you back on eBay.
One curious factor about the guide was the continual reference made to and about aspkin.com. There was even one paragraph where they claimed to have had over 100 comments to other articles they had written. We ourselves, being avid readers of the aspkin forum, sincerely hope that this wimpy attempt at a “Get Back on eBay” guide is not associated with the aspkin.com forum site…that would be a real embarrassment and shame for them.
Customer support is a big issue and an important factor when dealing with online companies. With all the other “How to get back on eBay” eBook reviews we’ve done, we wrote to the companies to validate their efforts in customer support; but in all honesty, we did not see the point in checking this company’s; being so disillusioned with the quality of this product.
As a matter of fact; we were so dissatisfied with this product that on the same day we purchased this item we requested a refund. Happy to say that our refund was processed in less than an hour. Thank goodness that something with this product was as it should be. We were then emailed a letter from the site administrator, Tom Dawkins apologizing and stating that he was going to take this company’s product off his web-space….as you can see by the links listed above, he wasn’t being honest either.

REVIEW:
This ebook comes through the people from aspkin.com; a forum specifically focused on eBay suspensions and PayPal troubles. For quite awhile now we have been patrons of the forum and found a broad spectrum of information concerning this topic of “How to get back on eBay after a Suspension”. We heard for a time that they had planned to release an eBook on this subject; so when we finally saw it hit the market, we were quite excited to give it a read.
We purchased our ebook for $27 (those days are done and gone now) from Kingbrend LTD. If our memory serves us…we went through e-junkie to pay; but now you will be paying though Authorize.net. You will first receive a receipt email from one place and then a second email from ivegot.info with your Activation Key with links for the download (if you did not already) and a support and email address included. When you click the .exe program open you initially only get 4 pages; you have to click a link in the PDF file in the upper corner to open the activation box, you then enter in your Key and the full eBook opens. For the most part this is a permanent opening; however as with the eBook by Robert Windsor, this eBook is only available when you are connected to the internet; so if the authors host server goes down, or your internet connection is interrupted or if the author chooses to…you can lose access to your eBook. Once again, the idea that the sellers of the ebook can eliminate your access to it whenever…does not settle well with us.
We did have a problem with our eBook not opening a couple of weeks later which gave us a good reason to reach-out to them for some good old fashioned customer support. We were happy to see our email was answered in less than two hours and the solution for our eBook not opening taken care of from thier end within a total of three hours. So far so good with having real live help when you need it. Bravo!!
The security on this program seems to be pretty tight. With the exception (at present) of being able to print it, the ebook can not be transferred to any other PC nor can it be copied by way of cut and paste. Though printing an eBook is a rare option…we truly doubt that anyone will have the need to actually print it.
Now if any of you have been to aspkin.com’s forum; then you are probably pretty familiar with how much information there is on the site. As a matter of fact, the author claims that all the info in the book can be found on the forum but that the book was suppose to make it easier for the layman who may have difficulty sifting through all the threads and posts looking for answers. With such a vast amount of information we were more than surprised to find that the eBook was only 34 pages in length. However it is written intelligently and is laid out very cleanly and logically. The quality of information seems well researched and as you would expect for a new publication, very up-to-date; though there is room for a more thorough walk through. There is a lack of “let me show you how to do it” step-by-step tutorials and more of a “listen carefully to what I tell you” attitude in the book.
You do find included in the guide some vey useful resources and links to assist you in acquiring a new IP address, “home” address, phone number etc. You also are invited to visit his forum if you need questions answered or want to pursue more information from the threads.
However there are some troubling features of this eBook that must be mentioned.
On the very first page you are “warned” that you are using the authors information at your own risk because some of it is borderline illegal while other info might be (is) totally illegal. They tell you that their solutions are for educational purposes only and are “proof in concept” (whatever that is supposed to mean?).
Even worse is the chapter on “How to get anyone banned” from eBay. Believe it or not they inform you to do business with the person you want to ban (so that you can get their contact information from eBay); then you use that information to impersonate that person with the intention of getting a new phone number and virtual credit card ect. in that persons name. Why? Because now you are going to use all that you falsely acquired information to create and obtain an eBay account in that person’s name…not yours. Now (as soon as the account is up) they suggest that you list very expensive items to sell on that bogus account (but naturally you nor they actually have them to sell), this should raise suspicions with eBay…but if not, then you as yourself with your own eBay account should make a complaint about the items on that bogus account (that you made) and create turmoil for that person thereby getting them suspended. Now come-on….
…that is not quality information for people with ethics and morals. And it definitely should not be part of a guide for getting back on eBay!!
So all-in-all, we were more than just a little disappointed with the eBook on a whole. there may well be some quality researched info here…but the “borderline illegal” and “illegal advice” taints the integrity of not only the book but also the author. Kinda like getting a good meal with an excellent steak but the vegetables have worms and the milk has gone sour…thanks, but we’ll pass.
We give “EBAY STEALTH” a

Sure am glad this is here. ‘Bout time someone did it. Just wish it had been done earlier. I bought the first one listed here and thought it was out of date too. Never knew he owned the email service though. I was thinking that all these sort of books were scams…but I got a renewed faith that maybe there is some honest info available. Guess I’ll give that ebay replay a try. By the way–you never mentioned if you got back on ebay?
December 16, 2007 at 2:47 pm
We initially tried to get an anonymous eBay account with “How to get back on eBay” by Robert Windsor and found ourselves back out in the cold in two days; however and to the point we did get back on using EBAY RePLAY’s information back in May 2007…and so far we have had no incidents or problems with being detected.

I just bought the Ebay Stealth Book. In my opinion some of the information is really good. Though I was a bit uneasy about using fake names and addresses. I worked really hard to on my ebay account; I had over a 99% positive feedback and still got suspended. I really don’t think that I would fee confident about my account’s stability if all my information was bogus. I honestly need the money and strive to do good quality business with my ebay buyers. So I think that ebay stealth’s information could be more detrimental than helpful in the long run. anyways, I do not want 20 ebay accounts that are all based on false info; I am just looking for one clean and secure account. I hate spending money on these ebooks, not knowing if I will get my money’s worth. But I am seriously thinking about trying Ebay Replay. I mean, 220 pages has to have allot of info…plus I did a Google search and they seem to have a good reputation since they been around. Just wanted to give you guys here a THUMBS UP on your ebook review. The review on ebay stealth was right on the mark…. Thanks

hi there,
great reading this, i have had 3 accounts on ebay for around 5 years, all of a sudden my accounts have been suspended, all of them, one has over 10,000 one with 5000 the last with 3000 feedbacks and percentage is over 98% all because of the new DSR they have been taken of my accounts. NO QUESTION!! just shut down!!!
what i would like to know is that does replay actually work, does it get you back on, is it secure(meaning will you stay on ebay) is it illegal??? is it worth spending time and money has anyone on here have used it and are you still on ebay
many thanks for anyones time to enter a response

I had a solid positive ebay account for more than 4 years myself which got taken from me for god knows why. Ebay sure the hell wouldn’t tell me. I tried getting back on eBay as best i knew how…but inevitably got found out and thrown out, again. Anyway, I read this site back in July of 2008 and I did buy the Replay ebook; there was nothing illegal about the information and what I thought was pretty neat was that they offered you a variety of different solutions to choose from. I took the supreme stealth option myself and got back on to ebay and even Paypal with out any problems. I am not sure that this is for everybody, that is to say it should work for everyone but I do not know if everyone would do what they suggest. I have been selling iPods on two seperate acccounts with out any incidents to speak of. So as far as I am concerned—this Replay is the Bomb. Hope this helps Graham

Regarding aspkin’s book – EBAY STEALTH – this is a TOTAL JOKE. Aspkin got booted off EBAY two years ago and has not managed to get back on since. Whatever he says about EBAY he lifts from his forum.
aspkin knows NOTHING about EBAY – and the only sure fire results of reading his “Stealth Book” are – repeated suspensions!
February 6, 2009 at 5:44 am
Yes, I read the same on his own forum. What a fraudster!

There is a forum I found on the internet that is free, and helps with Ebay, PayPal, business and the law. Just post any question, the experts will answer it if it has not already been answered!
The forum has a lot of expert advice on it. I found advice there about how to avoid EBAY suspensions, get past PayPal limitations, also lots of detailed help on creating your own business, getting past trademark violations, VERO and lots more. Plus general advice on how best to sell on EBAY, what sells the best, how to get the best price for your product, really everything related to EBAY and internet business.
Also advice about how EBAY really works and how PayPal really works. The inside scoop.
Beautiful forum. I was made a moderator of the forum and I love it!

Aspkin’s forum is the way to go. You don’t need to get an ebook or pay for anything. You will be able to get your way back on by just posting your questions on the forum and they get answered quickly! That is how I got back on ebay and paypal after being suspended.
I checked out Modee’s forum as well. Not a lot there and Aspkin’s forum has everything!

Aspkin ebay stealth auction stealth is GARBAGE is true
i am SYCORE. I will tell you this that anyone who has disagreement with aspkin gets banned from his forum. this happened to me too
Anyway truth is that apskin guide is GARBAGE. How do i know this? email me at sycorelives@gmail.com i will give you a copy of my own guide then you will know his is GARBAGE
also look at what I just read in the internet:
“Aspkin knows NOTHING about Ebay. He has not sold a single item on EBAY in over two years, and has no idea what is going on with Ebay for a long time now. If you look over, say, the last hundred posts from aspkin at his forum (if you want to research this), you won’t find a single mention of “wow I sold this on EBAY and that happened,” “I got a complaint from an EBAY buyer,” “Ebay is removing my listings because I did this or charged too much shipping,” “Ebay changed this policy this is how it is affecting me,” “I opened this account on EBAY this is what happened,” etc. etc. Whatever aspkin has to say on the subject of EBAY he lifts from the forum or states “in theory” what he thinks should be. I discount anything aspkin has to say on the subject of EBAY, and the biggest joke is his “Ebay Stealth” guide which someone else (named Mike, a Canadian) wrote for him and then aspkin edited based on what he thought might be true that he lifted from his forum.”
Also just read above is a review of this aspkin guide
which gives apskin LOWEST RATING OF ALL the ebooks on this subject
DO NOT waste your money. I was tricked and ripped off by apskin too. NEVER AGAIN!
